Return and Refund Policy - BigCouture
We offer 7-day return only for defective, damaged or wrong item.
1. Opening video is MANDATORY - You must record full opening video from courier cover opening to product checking. No video = No return.
NOTE: The video should not be an edited one. Please prefer a timelapse video to reduce size.
2. Tag should NOT be removed - Product with cut/removed tags, washed, used or altered will not be accepted.
To request return: WhatsApp us on 9886424914 with opening video within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund will be processed within 5-7 days to original payment method after successful pickup.
